For a long time, I’ve wanted to share more about my work and life with you on YouTube. I’ve had so many moments where I wanted to take you behind the scenes of my world, but I often struggled to find the time to edit and cut the videos. Life has a way of keeping us busy! But now, I’ve decided the time has come to just start sharing. I’ve learned that waiting for the “perfect moment” often holds us back, so I’m allowing myself to begin, to improve over time, and to grow with the process.
I invite you to join me on this journey. While the quality of my videos will evolve, what won’t change is my desire to spread awareness about living a balanced life — with yourself, with others, with nature, and even with technology. My life is like a colorful bouquet of flowers, always shifting and blooming in new ways. Even my closest friends, who have known me for many years, sometimes laugh when they try to describe what I’m doing because things seem to change so quickly. They’ll say, “I haven’t talked to her in a week, so who knows, everything might have changed already!” But overall, they know I’m enjoying the journey, and that’s what matters most.
Over the past decade, my life has been a deep exploration into understanding what strengthens us as humans, what keeps us sane, joyful, and connected. I’ve been seeking answers to questions about what holds us together as families, partners, friends, and society. How can we, every day, take steps toward the lives we truly want to live? How can we make sure that, when we look back at our lives, we feel fulfilled and grateful? The answer lies in being aware that today — this moment — is all we have.
In my first vlog, I’m giving you a quick overview of what’s happening in my life right now, and I’ll take you back to where it all began for me. Ten years ago, as a 19-year-old girl, I set out on a work-and-travel adventure in Australia. I’ll share a story from that journey, about when I found myself camping for four weeks in a forest in Tasmania. That experience was a turning point, shaping the path I’m on today.
I hope you enjoy the video and, more importantly, I hope it reminds you to enjoy your now. Thank you for your attention, your time, and for being a part of this journey with me. I appreciate it deeply.
With much joy and love,
Alexandra
