I’m very thankful for the many years of experience I got in working with businesses and individual clients for enduring challenging times,
getting a clear picture of the present circumstances,
creating a map towards their goals and
supporting them step by step on their path.
It was in that practical field, where I got to apply my tools from my “Wonderland suitcase”. This suitcase is filled with various techniques, my bachelor of science degree, many courses and practical experiences for health and awareness promotion.
What matters even more than my apprenticeships is my own interest and passion regarding a life in balance with myself, others, nature and technology. I love what I do and I do what I love. This passion enables me to always find ways and to create the best possible journey for my clients. Living aware and making conscious choices involves daily self reflection and applying everything I know for myself. “LIVE WHAT YOU TEACH” matters a lot to me. We’re always teachers and students at the same time. I make it my highest priority to be present.
Every day is new and basically all there will ever be is now. The now is the key. It is the continuation of what has been and by understanding this, we can leave ideas of the future and make a new choice right away. It sounds simple, but applying this can be challenging. Good news: A transformation of a current life reality is possible. What it takes: Patience and a lot of energy and focus in the beginning.

Being able to guide our attention to what really is here now and being free from thought is a skill that seems to become more important in this world of countless distractions. Not needing to react, being secure and being patient within – no matter what is happening in the situation – is priceless.
From my perspective, I feel that the more aware people become, the more free and creative they become and they’re able to make their decisions out of a state of inner stillness. This, for me, seems to be a great chance for protecting our beautiful planet with all its living beings, and the environment, while living together in harmony and supporting one another as a society.
This is why I dedicate my time and energy compassionately to everything that nourishes people in a more aware and present way of living.
Awareness forms the foundation of the life we create. 🤍 It’s intimately connected to everything we are, everything we experience, and everything we do. Awareness allows us to notice, understand, and engage with the world around us, forming the bedrock of our conscious experience. 👁️
In psychology, awareness is the state of being conscious of something, while attention is the process of focusing on specific stimuli. 💡 This dynamic interplay helps us navigate our environment and make decisions that shape our lives. As noted in various studies, our ability to direct and control our attention significantly influences our experiences and interactions
The practice of guiding our attention is essential. 💥 It’s not just about focusing on one thing but also about tuning out irrelevant distractions. This selective attention enables us to filter out unnecessary information and concentrate on what truly matters.
Techniques like mindfulness can enhance our ability to manage our attention, fostering greater mental clarity and emotional regulation. ✨

Presence. It’s a concept that’s both simple and profound, yet it transcends the limits of language. Psychologically, being present helps us break free from the cycle of worry and regret, grounding us in the here and now. Spiritually, it connects us to a deeper sense of self and the universe. 🌌
Last year, I made the conscious decision to prioritize Presence in my life. This shift transformed my entire being. Embracing the present moment has brought me a sense of peace and fulfillment I never thought possible. It’s a journey beyond words, shapes, or forms—a journey that must be experienced to be understood. 🌅
Now, I’m passionate about sharing this transformative power with others. Seeing the impact it has on their lives is incredibly rewarding. Presence truly is the key. 🔑

As a dance and fitness instructor, I look forward to welcome you in a dance yoga ( #DAYO ) session. 😊 Movement is an essential part of living and creating a balanced life in alignment with our most authentic true self and live our dreams.
